How much is the shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the destination directly at check out. If you require us to quote a shipment before your purchase, please send the complete data of the destination address to the mail hola@carolschoch.com or by WhatsApp 5522523783.

We make our shipments with the best packages (FedEx, Estafeta, RedPack and Borzo) throughout Mexico and the rest of the world to offer you the best service.

We stand behind all shipments and make sure they reach their destination. If there was any problem with your order, write to us at hola@carolschoch.com with your order number to support you.

Parcel delivery time

The products that are in stock are placed in the parcel the next business day of your purchase. In case your product is Pre-Order, consult the details of the elaboration time.

Delivery time

The shipping time within the Mexican Republic choosing standard shipping is 3-5 business days depending on the package. Choosing express shipping, the time to reach your destination will be 1-2 business days.

Do they make international shipments?

We make shipments with a cost depending on the country of destination and the type of products.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes?

Generally our shipments include taxes and duties. However, depending on the specifics of each country, you may be asked to pay a small amount of taxes upon delivery.
