Can I return or exchange my product?

Only if your product has a manufacturing defect can you request a change or a refund as long as the following conditions and requirements are met:

  1. The product remains new, without use or wear.
  2. The product is returned with its original packaging and labels.
  3. You contacted us to request the exchange or refund within a period not exceeding 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you received your product.

If this is the case, contact us at hola@carolschoch.com and we will give you the steps to follow to proceed with the exchange or refund.

In case of change, a pre-paid guide will be sent so that you can return your product, as soon as it appears in transit, the new product will be sent.

A production delay is not a reason for cancellation or refund.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be credited to the original payment method and you will receive an email notification when it has been processed. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account due to processing times between different payment platforms.
